How long does shipping take?
We ship orders out within 2 business days, often the same day. Once it leaves our warehouse you will get tracking by email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Before you send anything back, tell us why you are returning it. Our products are built to work, so if something did not hit the mark for you, we want to understand what happened. Email us to start the conversation.
Where can I buy AquaClean in stores?
Ask your local store if they carry AquaClean. If they do not, have them reach out to us, or tell us who they are and we will contact them and let them know their customers are asking for our products.
