APC
What surfaces can I use APC on?
APC is formulated to be tough on dirt and grime but safe on all of your boat surfaces. It's especially good at removing sunscreen, dirt and grime from your seats and even oil and grease from engine hatches.
WIPEDOWN
Is Wipedown good for water spots?
Wipedown will remove some water spots, however, it is designed to prevent water spots. If you're dealing with stuck on, hard water spots, check out our hard water spot remover, AquaClean Eraser.
INTERIOR
Is Interior greasy on my seats?
No! Interior is specially formulated to condition and protect your seats without leaving them greasy or oily.
DECK CLEAN
Is Deck Clean safe on foam flooring?
Yes! Deck Clean is specially formulated to be safe on all marine flooring types. From any foam flooring, to teak, and non-skid, with AquaClean Deck Clean, your deck will be good as new no matter what it's made of.
FOAM
Will Foam strip my protection?
Nope, Foam is ph-neutral meaning it's designing specifically to lift dirt and grime from your boat and not strip your wax or coating layers.
FOAM+
How is Foam+ different from Foam?
Foam+ is infused with marine grade ceramic so it will leave behind a protective layer while you wash your boat.
SALT WASH
Can I use Salt Wash in a foam cannon?
Yes! Salt Wash does its best work when foamed over your entire boat and thoroughly rinsed. The foam cannon will help Salt Wash get into all of the little nooks and crannies that you can't get to with a brush, sponge, or towel.
PROTECT
How ofter should I use Protect on my boat?
Protect only needs to be used 2-3 times per year depending on how you maintain your boat throughout the season. If you're frequently wiping your boat with Wipedown, we recommend doing a layer of Protect at the beginning and end of the boating season. If you want an extra boost of shine and protection, a midseason layer of Protect will do that.
ERASER
Does Eraser remove hard water spots?
Yes! Use Eraser in small segments to remove hard water spots on your hard surfaces, be sure to rinse and use add protection such as AquaClean Wipedown after. Not suitable for seats.
HULL CLEANER
Do I have to scrub with Hull Cleaner?
Not necessarily, AquaClean Hull Cleaner will do the majority of the work for you but if your hull is really bad, agitation will help get it squeaky clean. Do make sure you rinse after using Hull Cleaner.
FABRIC GUARD
Is Fabric Guard good for my bimini?
Yes! Fabric Guard will add a hydrophobic layer to your bimini, canvas, or boat cover making it waterproof and keeping your boat dry and free of mold and mildew from moisture.
MOLD & MILDEW
Is Mold & Mildew safe to use on my boat seats?
Yes! Our Mold & Mildew remover is formulated with powerful enzymes that kill the mold and mildew at the root without the harsh chemicals that damage your seats. AquaClean Mold & Mildew is proudly made without bleach, vinegar, or harsh chemicals that only temporarily solve the problem and cause major damage to your seats over time.
METAL
Can I use Metal on my anchor?
Yes! Metal is a polish that will absolutely bring your anchor and any other metal surfaces on your boat back to life.
CLARITY
Can I use Clarity on my windshield?
If your windshield is made of glass, yes! Clarity is a gritty paste specifically for hard surfaces, like glass. This is not made for softer surfaces such as plexiglass, paint, or wraps. Not sure about your surface? Contact us and we will steer you in the right direction!
